Please check the following two points before use:

1. In case of dry skin

   Due to the nature of EMS devices, electrical current may not be properly conducted on dry skin,
and you may not feel any stimulation. Please make sure to apply a sufficient amount of booster gel
(or moisturizer) on the face before wearing the device.
   
2. The panel is not fully in contact with the skin

   For safe use, the skin and the main panel must be in full contact for EMS conduction to begin.
Please adjust the strap to ensure proper skin contact before using the device.

The NMODE PRO is a device that uses low- to mid-frequency currents to stimulate muscles and help improve skin firmness.
Since the stimulation may also be transmitted around the teeth area, temporary tooth sensitivity or discomfort may occur.

This is a temporary phenomenon and will gradually disappear within about 10 minutes after use is stopped, so please do not worry.
In addition, since each individual’s muscle condition varies, adjusting the intensity is necessary.
It is recommended to start at the lowest level and gradually increase the intensity to find the setting that best suits your skin.

1. This product is not waterproof.
   a. This product is not a medical device and cannot be used for treatment purposes.
   b. The recommended usage time is 15–20 minutes per day.
   c. When using the heating function, please adhere to the recommended usage time to prevent low-temperature burns and skin irritation.
   d. Use is not recommended for individuals with dental implants or prosthetic devices. (Please consult a medical professional before use.)
   e. Use may be restricted for individuals with medical conditions. Careful consideration and consultation are recommended before purchase.

3. Individuals with heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, malignant tumors, cerebrovascular disorders
4. Sensory nerve damage (e.g., diabetes), or cognitive disorders
5. Pregnant women or postpartum mothers (use is possible at least 3 months after delivery or cesarean section;
6. Consultation with a medical professional is required before use)
7. Individuals with skin conditions such as neurodermatitis, purpura, acne, or skin infections
8. Individuals with sensitive or fragile skin, or those with wounds
9. Individuals with metal implants or those unable to sense temperature changes
10. Children and adolescents under the age of 15
