Refund policy

At Beaund, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products

• Opened or used beauty devices, unless the product is defective upon arrival

• Products damaged as a result of misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling

• Customized, personalized, or special-order products

• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
